Welp, I'm on a diet again for the next fortnight/until the beginning of July. My goal is to weigh in at 8 stone 5lbs, or 119lbs for convenience. No fast food and no excess of treats. Not looking forward to shopping for diet food again
Hopefully I'll lose the 4 and a half pounds pretty fast. I know why I put on weight. It was my birthday and I was eating more trash than normal. If I be strict with myself I know I can do it. I did lose nearly 50lbs after all
