I thought that girls couldn't die in their sleep. It's a long story but basically I was like 5 and this older fifth-grade friend I had was showing me off to his friends who thought I was cute, and he used to always tell me stories and stuff. But then he told this story and the main character died in his sleep and I freaked out and started crying because I thought it could happen to me. So out of sheer desperation he told me that couldn't happen to girls. LOL

I never questioned it until I was like 10 and finally realized that made literally no sense. Aha.
