I love how the showrunner goes even farther than I did in explaining that character's actions, after I got yelled at for hours for explaining it because people assumed I was wrong.

Looks like I was closer to right than they were. Shame they thought it was such a big deal that I have cause to feel smug about this.

I understand teenagers and I understand that world and I understand anger and fear and being in dark places. If this character is insane, then so am I. I may not condone some of his actions but I know exactly where they're coming from and none of it is as simple as they want it to be. It's all kinds of shades of gray.

After the hell I was given about this, I sincerely hope he's redeemed.
