Eating: I just had some strawberry frosting that was leftover from my birthday. It's only been two days over two weeks since it got opened. I shouldn't get sick from that.

Thinking: Why does my body hate me? With it feeling like this for days on end I know I ought to rest but dammit I don't want to. I want to exercise and get fit. I want to be able to run and enjoy it again. Stop being a pansy, body! Stop contradicting me!
Feeling: Mostly good and happy, aside from aches and a crampy stomach. On second thought, when my stomach isn't well, I probably shouldn't have eaten icing that's technically beyond the "use by" thingie... oh well.
