Hmm, from what I've learned, they say that you don't really need a colonoscopy done until you reach 50 because that's when people normally start becoming really susceptible to colon cancer risks and such. But I understand people get them earlier because of complications. And so I'm guessing that's why you've already had two. Or you just want to make sure you're clean / have any polyps removed in your colon. But it's all understandable to me though.
As for myself, I usually just take probiotics and get a dose of wheat grass at least once a week to make sure my colon stays clear, along with a yearly herbal laxative. I also try to avoid eating much beef or red meat.

It's been a loooooong day and I will need my sleep so I can be on top form tomorrow for an argument with the store that sold me my faulty laptop. Damn things slower than my 6 year old HP!
