Sooo, after watching The Lion Guard I can't help but feel a little sad that they've changed Kiaras personality. She was very "bubbeling", laughed alot, and super curious in SP. In TLG they've made her more serious due to her being the older cub and the one with responsability. But for me that responsability doesn't need to affect her personality. When Kiara is a young adult in SP she still has that great personality. I want to see that in TLG! I don't say that I don't like the Kiara in TLG, but it almost feel like it's another cub....

And Kiara also always has this "wrinkle" on her nose in SP, which I cannot see in TLG

AND. I'd rather see that Kion would've got more of Nalas color instead of changing Kiaras from Simbas color to more Nala-ish in TLG. Why change??

I have noticed how in recent episodes the focus is on The Lion Guard, that is as it should be. I like how they are establishing the show's stars. Once that is firmly established, then every now and again larger appearance by a beloved character would be a good idea. However as much as I would love to see that. I feel the character that needs the most development at this point is Zuri. Although I don't think a Zuri themed episode would be a good Idea, she would benefit from having a side story arc.

The Mbali Fields Migration is up early on watchdisneyjunior.com if you have a cable/satellite subscription to the channel. I assume it's also up on the Watch Disney Junior app. In the middle of watching it, so I don't have much to say, but it does have a talking gazelle. She's talking quite a lot, actually. I mentioned in an earlier post how I found it odd that they never spoke.

I just check the site I go to when I can't catch the episodes on T.V. It is not there yet. My guess would be that the sites like this will get the episode after it premiers on T.V.

It's sung by a disembodied voice, so no character on-screen actually sings it. It plays during a montage of the animals going to the new grazing lands. It's not very long, but I liked it well enough for what it was.

First the Godzilla fandom got a taste of completely cringeworthy nursery rhyme videos, now too shall the TLG fandom behold such might!
SUFFER THE WRATH OF ALL FIVE FINGERS!
...I may have spent a little too much time watching the Godzilla ones and went crazy in the process... I also find it sad that these have worse production values, the Godzilla ones were at least (poorly) 3D animated.
