How many cubs does Simba have?

In the book he has a son, Kopa, in SP he has a daughter, Kiara. Then the movie makers of TLK said the cub at the ending of the first movie is called Fluffy, and fans made his name Tanabi. So that's a whole bunch of names.... not even mentioning Chaka and Shani, Simba's conceptual cubs! What do you think?

Kiara is Simba's only official cub- but I think Kopa was once a cub, too!

Fluffy
Kopa
Tanabi
Chaka
Shani
Aisha
Kiara

^ and plus a few other OCs :p

well, Fluffy and Aisha don't exactly count they were just working names for the cub that became Kiara, not official names. and Shani is kinda questionable, as it's uncertain whether she was originally a different female cub or just another name for Kiara as well. and then Tanabi isn't official at all, he's just fannon.

that leaves us with Kopa, Chaka, and Kiara. Chaka is a separate character since Disney already had named his mate, although there's no official design for either. and then some people believe Chaka is Kopa with a different name.

I think you're right, Simba.
I think if Disney would have used a male cub for SP, it would have been Kopa, maybe under a different name, but with the same design.

I think outside of the realms of Fan Theories, there was only 2 cubs. Kiara and Kopa, for the same reasons listed above. ^^

That's what I think as well But it's fun to practisize about some extra-cubs

I have the belive that Kopa and Kovu are the only cubs that Simba have

In my mind, he has two cubs. Kiara, and Kopa. No idea what happened to Kopa though.
But I know, canonically, he has one cub. In the books, that's Kopa, in the movies, that is Kiara.
