In my case, it's "You want to improve your German. Y U NO STUDY MOAR?". I hate it because, then, I feel kinda guilty for not improving as much as I know I can.

Is the picture in .jpg? Usually, the problem is that pictures are in .png, therefore, have a bigger size. Just trying to help.

^It's a gif, which is part of the problem. The only way to get it to the right file size is to make it really small to the point that you can't even tell what it is.
