I'm the opposite of a fan of hot drinks, as a matter of fact I only have tea/coffee if it's iced, lol. Dunno what Valerian tablets are, but I have had some success with melatonin and some other sleep aid. I just stopped needing them and didn't want to have to start again. Guess I need to whether I wanna or not.
