Nothing, tbh. Just laying in bed, waiting to be tired enough to sleep. If yesterday is anything to go by, I've got about 3 more hours to go.

I always apologize for everything I guess. People always tell me to stop.

I've been told similar, but only ever by one person.

Usually I'm told the reverse, "you're rude, why don't you ever say 'sorry' or 'thank you'? "

I do have a hard time saying thank you sometimes though.

People don't seem to understand that I'm just awkward and expect them to know I'm grateful or whatever. Like, if you do something for me, then I am grateful. Why wouldn't I be? Why must I say it?

It takes effort for me. Talking at all tends to take effort. It doesn't come naturally to me.
