Episode 9 - Follow that Hippo!

So I admit that I've only seen the first part of this episode. So far so good. I love the 'Bunga' jab especially, even though I do like him :P

ok everyone dont forget, kids audience here, and I can see that this episode was how kids look up to idol, and that is introducing them to having dreams and being inspired. I find the your my hero so cute, gave me a good reminder in something for sure. ;) this episode was a good inspirational touch.

Just watched it on Disney Junior, by some sneaky ways... Anyway, the whole episode is fine, especially for the idolism. It's great to see Beshte's episode. The song's nice, fresh, and catchy. What made me laugh about is Kion's odd face at the end, when the kids asked for the marks. :kiongrin2:

I finally watched the full episode, and I gotta say I enjoyed it. Mtoto was cute, and I'm glad he helped out as opposed to being the main hero of the episode. He wasn't obnoxious or ridiculously over confident, and his friends were cute too. I hope they'll all appear in a future episode.

Also, the ending was really great - I agree with MiKuna Matata, Kion's face was brilliant!

This ep I enjoyed. Song was forgettable but otherwise not offensive to my ears, a few funny jokes, seeing bungaa in more pain plus having him be the butt of a joke was great (maybe some tlg writers dislike him too?)

Kion didn't use his super rawr, no mufasa, and mtoto was a cute character. Also the ending was fairly clever with how they dealt with a double threat of crocodiles and hyenas.

I am so glad that the tlg writers aren't using kions fancy roar when not needed or using mufasa as a lesson learning crutch.

This episode was pretty good. Only problem I have with it is that we really don't need a new song every episode. They should focus on making a handful of good songs per season, rather than making a mediocre song for every episode.

Loved some of the faces in this episode. Also, the zebra saying "It's true. Deal with it" was quite funny. :P
