My fiancé and I have just sacrificed our own happiness to help someone very dear to us. Yes, I am gutted and i'll get an earful of abuse tomorrow from two lots of people and more on saturday. But, I've done the right thing and prevented alot of bad things from happening.

Thanks guys. I'm ok and not really ok. I'm pleased I've been able to help and get one stress off their mind aswell as move things along a bit, but at the same time the selfish part of me is upset that I will no longer be able to get that flat. We've had to lend that money we saved to someone and now moving is looking likely to be nearer October/November time. Plus side is I can now get married this year, but the house will have to wait which im kind of gutted about. We've got plenty of room here, was just looking forward to my own little pad.

Hey ho. I'm just going to get abuse from estate agents and the bank tomorrow when I call them to explain. Be told what a horrible person I am and how I've let them down. Yep... I'm a horrible person xD
