Let's change the subject, eh? 
So I got the free version of the Windows 10 Minecraft Beta that until today I didn't know was available to people who'd already owned the PC/Mac versions of Minecraft. It's (obviously) pretty glitchy currently, but the controller works with it pretty much just fine! Maybe one day it can be the way for me to play MC with others lol.
