People bringing their noisy babies/toddlers in offices without caring that other people are trying to work in there. Seriously? The worst part is that it's not even the child's fault their parents are so stupidly inconsiderate and with no backbone to tell them to stop if they're old enough to understand.

Agreed, it's not hard to take your child outside until they've calmed down to show some common courtesy to the people around you who don't want to listen to it, especially where people are trying to concentrate on work.
