Today has been awful in terms of food - I had a chicken burger and chips and a milkshake and a muffin

...okay, it was 2 muffins, but Tuesdays are the days I eat out with friends so I was sort of anticipating this, and I do try to eat better the rest of the week. Plus I'm off my usual sweets for lent and hopefully won't be going back on them when lent is over. And I'm going to the gym tomorrow too. I am trying, honest!
