There's one for GBA, 2 for the DS, 1 for the 3DS, 1 for the PSP, and 3 (one of which is a remake of the GBA game) for the PS2. There's also two collections for the PS3 that include all of those except the 3DS one. That's the only legitimate forms they exist in at present, unless I've missed something.

Closest to legitimate you can get is you can download a ps2 emulator, which allows your computer to run ps2 games. You could then plug the disc in and play it on your pc... I've done this actually.

But you'd still need the PS2 game disc, or you'd be going illegit.
