But yeah, I never really brought it up before because I assumed maybe it was just me or maybe I was wrong, but if it has been happening to other people besides just me, then it likely is intentional. And it's definitely happened more than once to me. At least since last summer, I've been getting random low ratings fairly often. Seems kind of strange that anyone would bother to go out of their way to do that, so... yeah, likely intentional, though it's one of those things where it's hard to find evidence and report it.

Regardless, I'll bring it up to Jules and Lucy, anyway. I think I've kinda talked about it to them before since it's been bugging me for a while, but maybe now that it's involved other people someone can look into it. I don't really know what they will say, but... yeah, I'll bring it up to them.

The advice they gave me was just that we should try to ignore it. Kind of assumed this would be the case because, as I said, you can't really see who it is, and the staff can't, either.

It definitely did just happen to me again, so it's intentional for sure... but since I don't know who it is there is no real way for me to resolve the situation.
