Urgh. This one assignment is taking me longer than I thought because I can't find the word's definition in this section. I think I'll just get the definition from a dictionary instead.

Yep. With some classes, if you don't turn it in on time, they'll still give you half-credit for it when you do, but others will give you an automatic zero, which obviously really hurts your grade.
