Just sayin' facts, bro. If you ever try judo, you'll understand. Martial arts aren't easy and the time I spent with our club team here (which is apparently nationally ranked or something?) was intense as all hell, believe me. Like... 90% of people who try it drop out after the first day. I only lasted a month as it was and I can be a pretty strong, tenacious person.

(Although I might like to get into martial arts or self defense again in one form or another).

But yeah, he literally like already threw you on your back and pinned you and got you in an armlock in the first two seconds. lol Nothing against you but most people would tap out pretty quick from that.
