Ships means like, their pairings. I guess it's short for "relationships," but that's just a guess. Anyway, romantic partnerships of characters for something are called ships.

Ok Dixon I will! Well it looks like it was passed to you from youre mom. Its like my awful health and nausea/throwing up illness, came from my mom's side as well, the girls on our side most are badly ill, from bad genetics. its inherited as it looks like I got Both Barrels of the Genetic Shotgun!.
