Caffeine is my drug of choice. Without it, I'm not the cheery personality you all know and love.

I still drink tea and coffee but gave up on sodas because they are terrible for your health. Even diet sodas.

How I did it was that I gradually lowered my soda intake instead of going cold turkey. Then, I drank a cup of green tea or two per day after giving up sodas, which has a little caffiene but not as much as soda which helped shake off the withdrawls.

Yeah, that's kind of my plan. Though, I'm not cutting sodas off ENTIRELY. I'll still have them once in a while (I don't prefer to cut off things that I enjoy, entirely), but I'm cutting down on them a LOT.

It's really time for me to loose some weight and be healthier, so this is definitely Step 1.

It will help with weight loss. Or at least fat loss. Since last august after dropping sodas and eating healthier with daily exercise i've lost a lot of fat and gained muscle mass. Afaik muscle mass weighs more than the same equivalent of body fat.

I don't get why people have obsessions with soda. It's expensive, unhealthy, and doesn't even taste that good. I have it occasionally, like when it's the only thing available, but I'll always always always choose tea or coffee over soda if it's available.

What's worse is bottled water, but I'm not even going to say anything about that. Tap water--contains dighydrogen monoxide and trace chemicals: 0.357 cents per gallon. Bottled water--contains dighydrogen monoxide and trace chemicals: 568 cents per gallon.

Getting to exercising regularly is next on my list. I think I'll start on Monday since I have work the next two days. With my work schedule cut down, it'll be much easier for me to exercise daily.
