I went out in shorts and a t-shirt and flip flops today and was actually feeling a little hot.

Meanwhile, my friends from Southern California are still trying to insist that the winters here are cold and rainy. Like... seriously. I've lived in mild, temperate climates my whole life and even by those standards, this was like the shortest, driest, warmest, mildest winter I've ever seen. I mean it literally rained like two times and by now it's pretty much spring. lmao

I was expecting sh*t to be closer to Washington - nice and rainy, cold but not freezing-your-balls-off cold, a nice long 6-9 month period of gradual weather change with lots and lots of rainstorms - and boy was that a disappointment.

It's fairly warm and sunny here which is a huge contrast from last winter/spring when it was raining and dreary 6 days per week.

Then again I live near the gulf coast so eh.
