Well, I'm not exactly, uhhh.... normal. My brain doesn't let me do tedious stuff even though I'm smart enough it should be doable. The more tedious, the more likely I'll turn into a frustrated crying child.

I do get that too. I'm kind of the same in some respects. It's not that I'm dumb. I'm fairly smart depending on the topic. I can understand college level biology fairly proficiently. But a lot of it is tedious, and bores me at times. Genetics and evolution is the interesting stuff for me. Not how photosynthesis and cellular respiration work.

It's not even that for me, it's... well nothing confirmed, just speculation. Anyway if it isn't literature or certain video games or TV shows/movies, I probably will give up understanding it pretty quickly just because it's probably not gonna happen.

I comprehend concepts, but once I have to do the work--anything involving math or what have you, that's the end of it. Numbers and I don't get along. It's why psychology is one of the few sciences I can do, and why I tend to be better at things that are more story oriented or conceptual, such as art, history, etc. Basically if it's a story I can get interested in, or something that's all concept, I'm good. Numbers come in, and I'm lost.
