The beanie-bag design of Nuka is in many fictions seen as Zira's brother and there is called that Zira named her son Nuka after her brother Nuka (the one with brighter colours on the beany bag plushie of Nuka)

I’ve never liked Nuka, but his death was really sad. All he wanted was his mothers attention and approval. He was a comic relief character with a tragic background.
