Sometimes just in random posts, and some of my speech pattern gets through into everything cos that's normal. But I never go into an intellectual discussion or storytelling (written or spoken) the way I usually talk. The exception being if I'm telling a story as a joke. Nobody listens to the person who says "y'all" and "ain't" in intellectual discussions, though, so I tend to drop my typical speech in favor of writing the way I think, which is to say, like someone who's been analyzing literature for the past few years.
Like that one time in here where Tora was my brother and he was annoying me and Marizzle in the back of the car?

I've never heard you talk but I was under the impression that that was your voice showin' through, lmao.
(See, I just did it, stuff like that. xD)
But yeah, I draw the line when it's storytelling time. Unless it's intended to be humorous or something like that, if I'm in writing mode then that all goes away and I get really serious. It's not anything at all like how I talk because normally, when I'm having a conversation with someone, I'm pretty casual. Heck, I'm a pretty casual and informal person in general. But I kinda switch between them.
Like I said, though, main exception is Skype, chatrooms, and instant messengers. I completely drop everything there to save time, and generally (like I said) I know the people I'm talking to so it's not a problem. But if I'm in any public setting or situation where I'm presenting myself, like a message board, the grammar and punctuation all comes in. Hell, even on places like Youtube, my stuff is usually immaculate when I post it because I know just about anybody could potentially be reading it.
On MLK I'm generally a bit more lax if the discussion isn't intellectual, but again, as I said, it's mostly because I'm comfortable here and I know people. Before summer 2014 I wasn't super close with anyone here for the most part, so if you look at my posts from back then, they're honestly a lot more closed and formal than how my posts are now.
Long discussion but yeah. It all varies. xD
