This definitely looks like another good episode. I am very pleased with the quality of the stories so far.

We were supposed to get two Fuli episodes in the coming weeks, "Fuli's New Family" and "Fuli Speeds Ahead". However, "Fuli Speeds Ahead" seems to be disappearing from the schedules. Disney either renamed the episode or delayed it - maybe they didn't want back-to-back Fuli episodes to air.

Next week's episode should still be "Fuli's New Family", even if the promo made it out to be a Bunga-and-Fuli episode. After that, the schedules now list "The Search For Utamu". We don't yet have an episode description. The schedules list a break for the first two weeks of March. It's possible the schedules are incomplete, or perhaps "Fuli Speeds Ahead" will finally air in one of those weeks. March is then wrapped up with "Follow That Hippo!" and "The Call Of The Drongo".

I was really looking forward to watching Fuli's episodes. If one of her episodes did indeed get delayed, I'm going to be disappointed.

Thanks for the info Jack. I'm not surprised that they wanted to change the schedule so there's a break between the Fuli episodes, it's unusual for a 'side' character to be focused on so continuously. They'll want to mix it up. Also, is there a promo for Fuli's New Family? Could you show us it?

The schedule for TLG could very well be incomplete. It's still a new show.

One aired after the episode but it hasn't been uploaded yet. As I've said, it featured Bunga heavily. He and Fuli leave on a mission together and end up in danger. Frankly, it didn't really match up with the description we have for "Fuli's New Family". The few pages of the book based on the episode didn't seem to match, either. I'm almost wondering if they aired a preview for "Fuli Speeds Ahead" instead, but it's too early to speculate.

Jack, I think you're right - what you describe with Bunga, to me, sounds like Fuli Speeds Ahead. I'm basing that conclusion on this synospsis I found for FSA:

"Fuli learns a lesson in teamwork when she takes on a mission alone and overexerts herself, leaving her defenseless against attacking vultures."

But then again... 'mission alone'? Why would Bunga be involved? I know it's way too early to spectulate, but if they're shoving Bunga, of all characters, into Fuli's episode for the sake of a couple of gags.... ugh. Disney.

The synopsis for Fuli's New Family (which we now know will feature My Own Way as its song) revolves around each member of the Guard 'adopting' Fuli into their own family. That sounds like a really interesting premise - will we get to meet Ono and the rest of Beshte's family, and see how Fuli interacts with Simba and Nala?
