Same! I've only seen 2/5 of the best actor Noms but I think it is definitely a worthy performance!

Our local Omniplex recently had an Imax screen built as part of their expansion and we arrived to the showing to discover that it was being shown in there, so we had the best possible experience of it - those vista shots were so beautiful.

Only hiccups were a "scheduling error", meaning that we were expecting it to start at 9PM, but 25 minutes later we were all still waiting - a staff member apologised for the mix up and said we would be starting at 9:30, but skipping all the adverts (felt so sorry for her, having to address so many people xD I've had to do that before)

Also, an older couple sitting behind us would not stop talking when the film was starting! As the opening shots of the movie are largely silent, and as they were talking at normal volume, it was extremely annoying. The first few times my Dad and I threw them some looks, until my Dad eventually had to ask them to be quieter luckily it worked.

Good movie, but one I have no desire to see again. Odd.

Yeah Lucy, I've had my fair share of older people talking at full volume in movies. I know it's bad to point it out, but it can get really distracting. There was this one elderly couple behind me once that was literally yelling because her hearing was bad. You literally couldn't hear the dialogue for a minute or two lol

I don't get people who go to the cinema just to talk/sit on their phones - those tickets aren't cheap! I'd get it if these people had been unable to hear or something, but they were literally still chatting! And my Dad had just paid nearly £16 for us to watch the movie

People get damn defensive though - when I worked at the cinema I had to ask people to put their phones away (the sign on the way in expressly states NO PHONES TO BE USED) all the time - peoples' reactions ranged from mildly disgruntled to all out aggressive Dx
