Seriously? He's still in my dreams? And the worst part was this dream (the last bit of it, anyway) was more of a romantic thing. :( Urgh. Why can't I stop thinking about him? Why must he still pop up in my dreams? I don't really like it anymore. It was great and all before he did what he did.... It's a good thing I decided not to email him! It would probably be a lot worse if I did that. I wonder if I'll see him in May when I graduate... Probably, unless he's allowed to go back home for a little while. That could be interesting, especially since my friend won't be there.... Yeah, I guess this proves that I'm still not over him. Oh well.

Time to grab lunch and go watch TLG! I'll definitely spend my days singing "Sisi ni sawa".

Ya know, I really really like these characters that me and my RL friends created for this project. Writing these little shorts has really brought me close to them and given me an idea of who they really are. :sweet:

Also, holy crap... it's 6 AM. Where did the night go? lol

@Twin; Ya done ninja'd me while I was typing this but whatevs. :P
Spoiler: show
Not that I think people should force their feelings on others of course, but some people have no choice as adults either. Their childhood didn't necessarily have to be good. Mine was hard, but I still wish I could be younger again. As an adult I'm expected to do things I can't really do, I can no longer write/draw much, and feels keep complicating everything. I can't help out or be useful in any way irl and there's nothing much I can do about it. I spend my days doing what I did in high school (except with some socializing now) and feeling guilty about it. When I was younger too I was respected for my intelligence, and now I'm considered lazy, weak, and not respectable offline. In high school I was content with my life, and I haven't been pretty much at all since. Maybe that will change soon, but some aspects of adult life make things unnecessarily hard and I know they won't be going away any time soon. For example back in high school not having a job didn't make me a burden, and back then I didn't care about romance at all, and it therefore couldn't mess things up. If it weren't for needing a job and wanting romance I wouldn't have to feel bad about not having those things, and I'd be able to sleep a lot better. Instead I'm extremely conflicted about pretty much everything and too easily stressed by it all to make much, if any, progress, despite my best efforts. Plus back then people never dragged me into politics or treated me badly for my lack of interest in boys. Believe me, I'm glad your adulthood is a better experience for you, but it's really difficult for some of us.

Wonder if life as an animal in zoos/sanctuary is better than in the wild. Longer life, free food & shelter but losing freedom. Hmmm.

There's been a lot of ninja'ing going on in here lately, lol. Also, do you not sleep or something? It's 8:30 over there. xD (Not that I can talk since I haven't slept yet).

REPLY BRO: show
I have to say that this wasn't aimed at you, and I do feel kinda bad now. I feel a bit like an ass whenever I bring it up, tbh. Don't mean it that way. Obviously there are a lot of things that can go wrong at any point in life, and I understand where you're coming from.

I feel like for me it's a personal thing of people not taking me seriously, lol. I feel like whenever someone says they don't want to have kids, or a relationship, or that they will/won't do/miss/be XYZ, and they're younger than, say, 25, the default response is "LOL you're a baby you'll change your mind when you're my age", regardless of whether it's true or not. I find that very frustrating because, as I said, everyone's different and everyone has different experiences. If I, for example, decide that I don't want to have kids, I should be able to go through life without having to feel guilt-tripped or that I should/can/will feel something else. IDK. Probably a poor explanation but yeah, I feel like I see this a lot. lol

I also think a lot of it is just that I'm really hard on myself. There is pressure on adults, for sure, but even in high school and such I put a lot of pressure on myself to do things and be independent and productive. There was also quite a bit of pressure from/related to my family over some things, as well. The fact that I couldn't get a job (for a variety of reasons I recently discussed with you, lol) was just as hard, if not harder, on me then than it is now, likely because I had a lot of spare time and not a whole lot to do with my life at the time. I felt very limited by pretty much everything. Maybe I'm just weird, IDK. But most of the adult responsibilities I have now aren't really new concepts for me. My life is pretty much the same, but with a lot more freedom attached, I guess.

But yeah. Didn't mean any disrespect towards you at all. ^^ Hope it wasn't taken that way.

^ No need to feel bad, just pointing out some reasons some people feel that way to help ya understand it. You didn't bother me. :)

I need to stop thinking there's a chance for us. There probably isn't, and if I keep thinking there is, I'm just going to cause myself more heartache. :(
