I really don't want to cause a big site wide arguement.... I took something the wrong way and even though i'm not at the best of my mental stability that doesn't mean I should have said what I said to flip. Sorry bro, I should have thought out my post a bit more...

I don't intend to argue with anyone really, it just seems really unfair to you because it'd likely upset you more seeing that. There's no need for this.

Give him a break, from what I saw it just sounds like he took what you said the wrong way. Can't exactly blame him, 'just be positive and try' can sound VERY condescending when you're depressed and frustrated. From experience trying to be positive seems physically impossible to do and whenever someone suggests it it just makes you more frustrated with your complete inability to do it.
