That moment you see Lion King stuff virtually non existent in a popular bookshop. Frozen, the last dinosaur and star wars are the dominant forces. Even MLP has its presence, hahahaha. I think we like fairies like Tinker Bell over Lions!

^Probably because Disney's still milking that Frozen cash cow, The Good Dinosaur just came out, Star Wars just came out, and MLP has been going strong since its 2010 reboot, and has a lot of officially-licensed books about said reboot. Meanwhile, Lion King had been out of the public's eye for quite some time, until TLG's release, and Disney has been pretty slow when it comes to putting out TLG merch. And their slowness on the merch makes some sense: they're waiting till closer to when TLG episodes start airing, so it has some time to establish itself as more of a thing.

That moment when it still hurts a little to see so little TLK stuff, though.

Edit: Forgot about Tinkerbell. Disney's made a lot of Direct-To-DVD movies about her, so she's pretty relevant right now as well. They're not bad for DtDVD fare, by the way. I haven't seen them all, but my favorite of the ones I've seen was definitely the one with the pirate fairy.
