Yeah, in the winter this place tends to be slower. Summer can be too, sometimes, though usually summer sees an activity boom.

Right now everyone's so busy that my writing contest is left with no entries still--two days before the deadline! *faints dramatically*

But i mean my first summer here was particularly dead.

Well, as I said, it can be too. It's usually more active though, or, it was in years past. I think the most active I've ever seen the forum was Summer 2012.

I wonder why some people who have many posts but never log in again. Maybe forum activity will be better even TLG TV series hit in 2016.

Most of them because something happened between them and another member, or they moved on with their life, or, in some cases, they did something bad and got themselves banned.

Many active members left because their friends left, or they felt they weren't wanted, or their lives got too busy. Some had falling outs with friends or other such social issues...

I know at least two people left because of me, although one is sorta-kinda here these days, again.

I did go into the future once, the summer before last.
