Kokota was very worried for his mother. He didn't say anything. He wanted to let the adults do the talking. He just snuggled up next to her and tried to comfort her.

Chissa walked up to him."I think we should let your mom be alone a bit."she said and smiled.

[kovu42]

Kovu knew that his mate's dream was significant, he'd had nightmares before but nothing that ever manifested this much fear. He had to talk to Kiara about it, but maybe now wasn't the right time. He nuzzled his mate gently, "It's going to be OK Kiara. Whatever you saw, I promise you we will deal with it togethor."

Kiara was still very shaken, but she decided to let go of it for now. She didn't like how she looked so scared and vulnerable; she was supposed to be the solution to everything, not the problem. She was a queen, and she needed to show some courage.
She purred to her mate, gently lowered Kokota to the ground, and said to the other lionesses standing by, "Don't worry about me. I'm fine. I just need to lie inside for a bit."
Kiara knew no one believed her, but she carried on walking towards Pride Rock. She just needed time to herself, to think about her nightmare, and to relax a bit.

Kovu really wanted to know what she had dreamed, it might have been connected with Simba's death or Nala's dissappearance, but he didn't want to press his mate too much. The fear in her eyes was enough to let him know that she just wanted to forget it. As he watched her pad away he called over "just let me know if there's anything I can do to help."

Vitani looked at cubs."Kokota,Chissa,I think we better leave Kiara alone.Come on!"she said and walked out of the cave.
"Yes mom."Chissa said and turned to Kokota."Are you coming?"

Kokota nodded and followed Vitani. He looked back at his mother, and then exited the cave.

Chissa layed down."I think it was just a nightmare.I'm talking about aunt Kiara."she said,looking at Kokota.

[Moka]

"Yeah but still, nightmares can mean something." he replied.

[serra20]

Chissa hugged him."I know,but I cannot believe that.I hope you too."she said,looking deeply into his eyes.
Vitani looked at them.Yeah,they would make a good couple...she thought and smiled.
