Okay guys, I just got some BIG NEWS. It seems that the hate mongers from the WESTBORO BAPTIST CHURCH are currently planning on picketing our opening night performance of the show! Our director told us today that they are planning on protesting from 6:50 to 7:30 PM on the 29th. Because of this, and the fact that San Francisco is one of the most liberal cities in the United States, it is expected that a great amount of people will turn up for a counter-protest. As a result, security at the show will be increased. Our director is asking all of the actors and crew to show up to the Theatre as soon as possible for our own safety, and we're going to have heightened security for people entering the theatre, as in we're going to have to have a screener checking people in at a side entrance, as the main front will be closed off for safety reasons. San Francisco Police will also be sending out a few units from the Castro precinct, and San Francisco Parks and Recreation officers will also be on hand. (Our Theatre company is funded through San Francisco Parks and Rec)

Wow, this should be a night to remember, lol.

In the ten-plus years that they've been protesting, they haven't broken any laws. They don't resort to violence, they just shout hateful slurs. (I.E. "God Hates F*gs," "Burn in Hell, F*g," etc.)
