Huh, usually in my line of work I have to be physically present and deal with annoying people all the time.

2 I'm generally more open and friendly online. IRL I put off a bit of a grumpy "leave me alone" vibe. People often find out I'm a lot nicer than I appear once people actually talk to me. And I'm torn between a job interacting with people and a job where I don't have to. I don't mind interacting with people most of the time, but I also like the idea of working alone.

I think the answer to that would be freelance jobs, or jobs that can give your own space from time to time. Like Google.
