What I'm thinking is...

Do I prefer girls to guys just because that is my preference, or is it because I had more success in my same-sex relationship than my heterosexual one, or is it just because I don't want people saying that I turned straight?

Either way I wish there were some easier ways to meet gay or bi gals around here than just flat asking someone if she likes chicks. Not everyone can make it to the 7pm Wednesday night meetings of the Lambda club.

Nothing wrong with some fluidity to your preferences if you ask me, though it seems to bother some people for whatever reason. I do hate when people say crap like you "turned straight" if you're bi and go to more of one gender for a while.

Like I have my fiance who's the same gender (male, excluding the fact that I'm female but whatever you get the point lol), and my parents don't believe that I'm bi just because "I never had a girlfriend".

^ That kind of thing bothers me too. It is highly possible to be bi and never be with a certain gender. And I suppose preferences could come in phases, I mean until 3 years ago I didn't even know I'm bi because I'd never been interested in a girl before that, and now, while I'm not at all against being with a guy and do have interest in them, I'm much more interested in meeting a girl. I suppose it's possible all three of the reasons I listed contribute, really.

But even when I had a girlfriend, I had relatives who insisted that I was straight and that I "didn't like that girl that way." I was even told that one day I'd dump her because I'd "find a nice husband."

I've heard the same crap. Just do your best to ignore it. My family also thinks this is a phase and that I'll find a wife and leave my fiancé. Yeah... no, sorry.

I'm actually more attracted to girls overall but my fiancé made me realize that I also like some guys (especially him obviously). I don't think that I was comfortable enough to find girl/boyfriend before I met my fiancé anyways.

True love is beyond gender, though, so you'll know you've found the right person when gender isn't the reason they really love you. My fiancé is more attracted to guys and is not bothered by me being trans at all.

I just had a rather disturbing thought.

At the end of 'just can't wait to be king' a rhino just smashed zazu. He refers to it as 'madam'.

How does he survive, and how does he know the rhino is a lady? If he is strong enough to survive this but not strong enough to pick up simba during the stampede? Maybe he knows the rhino is a lady cause it's his girlfriend or ex girlfriend? LOVE WILL FIND A WAY INDEED.

Why am I overthinking his at almost 10 in the morning when I should be studying?

My first class let out 30 minutes early. It is now 10:40 am, and I don't have another class until 2:40 pm today. Welp, time to see if I can finish up my essay, and then start reading Paradise Lost, or a highly detailed summary thereof.
