the hole/scar on Zira's ear, changing place during the movie

Thani noticed this in one of my fanfic threads, and I was wondering too: In SP, you see some footage of Zira with the scarred ear on the right side of her head, and some footage with that same scar beeing on the left ear. I was wondering: where IS that scar ment to be? Or is this just another random lil' Disney glitch?

That's the first time I've noticed that, lol!

I think it may just be a mistake by Disney. I don't know.

Well I have to say, I recall seeing it (the gap/scar) being applied to Zira's right ear most of the time, yet many fanart artists confuse this, placing it in her left ear just as casually assuming it's correct to apply it to any side of her head, because disney indeed blundered in the correct appliance upon this matter.

PS: Yes, I had mistaken the gap's location assuming it was Zira's left ear having the scar in my own fanfic aswell...
I'll edit the chapters to be correct later on, when I have the time to debug the messy layout. But as this is a longwinded task, it won't happen all at once, just gradually applying corrections where needed.

Yet again: As far as I remember it surely is mostly shown sitting on her right ear during the movie.

Anyway, thanks for sharing your own opinion/knowledge with us, to all who are willing help us out with correct information, where this glitchy scar actually is supposed to be! Also can somebody please pay attention at Zira's actual screen appearances, and take note of where the gap/scar is positioned most? I would like to urgently call for somebody to do us all this favor, if it hasn't been done before. (If this has been solved already, please do not hestitate to post the link in your reply!)

And to my regret I have to inform you all, that as I don't have a TLK-2 SP dvd to check it for myself having an unedited, (and most important to me) official disney created, clear high definition, large unpixeled view... (as youtube is known to be prone to editors mirroring original footage, and has a way to small, or pixelated (enlarged) view screen, or sometimes even lacks the abbillity to show the full movie in some cases. This makes searching for a reliable youtuber whom posted the entire movie on youtube with due credits to the creators of the movie itself, without interferance of copyright protectors like WMG even more difficult to achieve succesfully. Links to good uploades who don't violate copyright laws on youtube are also welcome!)

I cannot post the notition-results here over on MLK, for your convience myself..(I know, I'm fact-addicted to the bone! )

Well this can easily be done with the SP Screengrabs that I took. I didn't miss many camera cuts or tracks. This scene, in particular, is the area of their biggest mistakes. It starts off on her right ear, then disappears from both ears (or is hidden), and then it goes to her left ear merely seconds later. Anyway, by looking through the scenes, the hole is most often on her right ear.
