Good. Took my new running shoes out for a test and went for a bike ride and went to the gym all before work and still have time to do other stuff between all that.
Made dinner for everyone as well earlier, that was good. Had mozzarella wrapped in Parma Ham with lemon and lime drizzled rocket and some caramelised apple chunks.
Also found a good place to get my tattoo done and stuff.
Errrrr also I should mention that, I've kind of been inactive here lately... We're in the process of moving and looking for a good place to move to etc.
Lots of stuff going on in the life of Flip at the moment so I've not really been on the internet much other than good old Facebook. I have an iPhone 60SGammaV3.0 or whatever they are calling it these days now so I can post things when I get a bit of free time now, my old phone was a bit of a turd for message boards etc.

Kind of weird. Sort of lonely/anxious, but also tired and semi-optimistic? I don't even really know what I'm feeling.
