That said, we'll be moving on to begin the next contest now. For this contest, you can write fan fiction (for anything that isn't TLK) or you can write your own original story. The subject matter is entirely up to you.

The rules are as follows:

• Stories must be at least 1000 words in length, but should not exceed 4000 (a few words over will be fine)
• In accordance with site rules, they must be rated no higher than PG-13, nothing too explicit people!
• Cannot be plagiarized, or something you wrote previously for another purpose. Entries for this contest that were not completed on time may be submitted to a future contest.

To submit a story, PM it to me by the deadline, which I will say is a tentative October 20th. Have fun and happy writing!

Congrats, GG! And I'll starting working on my entry soon, although I'm not sure if I'll be able to get it in before I go on vacation. I should have it in by the deadline, though.

By the way guys, since the deadline is late October, I was thinking we could do spooky stories in the spirit of Halloween? It of course will not be mandatory, but perhaps that can help provide ideas for anyone who's unsure what route to take!

Okay guys, we've got about a week til the tentative deadline and I've got one entry so far.

Nope. If you want a theme, you can do something spooky/suspenseful/scary/Halloween related on account of the deadline being near the end of the month, but you can write about pretty much anything. :3

I'll see if I can finish something in time but no promises. Was going to do a mini fanfic so.

Still only one entry with two days left, so I suppose I'll extend the deadline to the 25th.
