It does sound odd unless you have a "turn it in" system. My University started using this when I did my Masters to try and "save paper". Basically it's a system that lets you hand in your assignments to an online system connected to the University and it tells you when your tutor has read it and your mark. It did take a while to get your head round it but once you did it was a pretty good system .

I think that's why I found it weird. lol Our high school is so behind on technology that they still use casette tapes to record peoples' answers for AP tests. @__@ So we had nothing nice like that. If a teacher said to turn something in on a day we didn't have school everyone would be like 'lol nope'. xD And I'm also wondering when her video is coming out. That'll be cool to watch.
