Is ash still 10 years old in the anime?

I almost feel sorry for Ash, remember in the beginning of Pokemon he stated that he'd become a Pokemon master and capture ALL pokemon? Well, given the fact that there are like over 700 Pokemon by now and he doesn't own more than like 50 of them, he'll won't be reaching this goal anytime soon I'm afraid. But well, what do you got to lose when you're technically immortal and forever stuck in the body of a 10 years old.

^ I think he may have aged....but not too sure. I don't really watch the new anime.

BUT I did hear a fan theory which suggests that he may infact become a Professor rather than a Champion.

If true > moral of the story > You don't ''just'' simply become something.

Nice way of teaching children that they should probably give up their childhood dreams and persuade something more realistic.
