I'm kind of looking forward to being 18 despite the stresses that will inevitably come along with it. I think I'm getting ready for more independence.

I turn 18 in May. Pretty sure I was the youngest in my grade because I turned 17 less than a month before graduating.
That being said, I'm looking forward to being 18 a lot. I don't like the fact that I have the same social/academic responsibilities as an adult but none of the legal standing - it sucks.

Schools are weird, bruh. I never got it. But it'll get better in college, I promise. ^^ Earliest class I have this quarter is at 8 AM and that's weekly. Most of the time I don't have to be in school until 11.
Eh it depends what classes you need, when they're offered, and whether or not you have to commute. My earliest class is at 9:40am, but I still have to get up at 5:30 in the morning to get there.

True, but you don't live on campus (which I would highly recommend doing if financially possible for that reason, btw). You also don't go every day.
And granted, I will be getting priority registration for all but this quarter, so I don't have to worry about those factors in the future... but even with being in the same boat as everyone else this time, and taking classes that a lot of people were taking, I only got one 8 AM class. One guy I talked to who works at the school said he only had one class that early the whole 4 years he was there. I can deal with it once a week for one quarter.
So yeah, it depends on the college and your situation, but chances are it'll better than high school, especially if you are on campus (again, highly recommend that).
