Simba: ah yes I almost forgot, Timon Pumbaa come with me we have much to catch up on, ok everyone as you where, Timon and Pumbaa and I will be at the back of Pride Rock catching up on stuff.

Kiara: yeah and probably eating bugs (kiara said under her breath in a disgust annoyance)

Simba: I heard that, calling to kiara as he walked away with Timon and Pumbaa)

Nala looks to Kiara. "Come on Kiara. Let's go for a walk." She says, walking down Pride Rock and onto the Grasslands. "What's really on your mind, sweetie? You know you can talk to me. Lioness to Lioness. Is it cause of the cub?" She asks, looking to her.

Goth Kiara walks by her mothers side and says

Goth Kiara: Well it kinda does bother me that my brother or sister will have this responsibility of helping protect the pridelands, I mean before I was looking forward to taking full responsibility of it all, but now this new cub of our will get to do part of my job and even have this roar which I wish I could have cause I love to roar. I don't want to be jealous like Scar was and I want to accept this prophecy, so long as Mufasa has spoken the truth, its just gonna take sometime to get used to. Its like he gets this special super power and I dont?

"Oh honey. You're the Princess. That's a huge title. You will have privileges. Maybe not full privileges but that's a lot for a Princess to take care of. After a while, you'll figure your place here. Mufasa is just watching over you." She says, smiling to her. "You will be just fine Kiara. Where's Sam?" She asks, taking a few sips from the Watering Hole.

Simba, Timon and Pumbaa strolled onward, reaching a shaded bush area behind Pride Rock.

“Woah, woah time out! This “Roar of the Elders” gift sounds like dangerous stuff. The kid will barely be learning to munch on slugs and already be able to smite anyone!”
“No Timon, like I told you. Nala and I will be sure to teach our cub how to use the roar properly. You should know that my uncle once used this power for his own selfish needs. I will make sure that doesn’t happen with our cub. You understand right Pumbaa?” Simba looked to his warthog friend lifting a log searching for grubs. Pumbaa pushed it aside and turned to the king.

“Uh huh. And you shouldn’t worry either. You and Nala were careful to raise Kiara well and she’s become a kind, valiant, considerate and intelligent lioness.” Timon peeked through Pumbaa's hair tuft and nodded vigorously.

“Ah ha, and you know Pumbaa and I will always be around to help. We might even make bugs popular with the kid.” As Pumbaa and Timon began to munch on beetles, Simba turned away to Pride Rock chuckling.

“Yeah I’m sure you can try teaching grub munching with this one. Kiara sure appreciated those lessons as a cub ha ha.”
“You just wait Simba. Kiara never tried ‘em but her sibling might, and then grub buffets will be a tradition again!”
“Hey they still are!” Simba grabbed a few bugs and gulped them with a smirk.
“Ah feeling confident huh? Well I know how to ease your worries Simba. Wanna try breaking some records?” Once Timon asked, Pumbaa anxiously stood and gasped.

“No Timon, I promised Nala not to try those again.”
“Ah come on Simba, you used to love winning at these. I used to let you win all the time!”
“Oh really? Are you sure you didn’t get an aching belly every time?”
“We can find out.”
Simba and Timon gathered creepy crawlies from under the log and formed small piles for themselves.
“You are going to regret dragging me back into this.”
“Hakuna Matata” Timon declared atop his insect hill. Pumbaa shook his head in disappointment.

While Kiara and her mother where drinking water from the watering hole

G Kiara suddenly lifted head in alert mode and looked around in alarm.
G Kiara: Mother stop drinking, we are not alone someone or something is stalking us
G Kiara sniffed the air, and took in the scent and recognized a stench all to well and her a familiar sound of Hyenas.
Hyenas! they must be after you and the unborn! Dad needs to banish them to the outlands, ever since he was busy with the Elders roar business he forgot that the hyenas were still roaming the lands.
Kiara turn her back to the water and asked her mother
GK should we fight or Run? no we should run Hyena have stronger bite then us and I will not risk getting you hurt or the unborn, I say we run!

Nala runs back to Pride Rock, roaring trying to alert the others. "SIMBA!!! HYENAS!" She pants and groans. She looks to Kiara. "You okay sweetie?"

GK: Yes, and as long as your OK mother.
GK then turns to her father
GK Dad you need to banish those hyenas off our lands so long as they stay here they are a threat to mother and the unborn cub, banish them to the canyon cliffs or the Gorge which is part of the outlands. Remember you said the Outlands were not just where the outsiders used to live they are part of what is not our territory. so banish them there.

"I'm okay, Kiara." She says, panting and goes back into the cave. "Simba... Why are you eating bugs again...?" She asks, looking to Timon and Pumbaa.

Simba: "uuh, cause I can and I like them, um anyway" brushing off the bugs off his paw "about thse hyenas yes I will take care of them and have them banished, I am glade you brought this to my attention, I glad you are both safe, Timon, Pumbaa, Sorry guys but Duty calls"

Timon: we understand Simba get those hyenas show them whos boss

Simba: Kiara, where are they?

GK: Watering hole was where they were.

Simba: right, its time I find out more about this hyena clan and get a name, and banish them, well im off

GK:be careful father
Simba: Kiara, I can fight hyenas, remember the battle I told you about?
Kiara: yes, but I think you need some back up, you can handle hyenas on your own,
Simba: good point, LIONESSES ASSEMBLE
