I also really like "Dirty Diana", "2000 Watts", "Just Another Part of Me", "The Way You Make Me Feel", "Earth Song", "Thriller" and "Black and White".

In the iPhone/iPod Touch game "Pocket God" you can turn your little dudes into zombies and they'll do the Thriller dance when you tap the screen. It's awesome.
