I'm going to the gym tomorrow morning and I'm not coming back until I have flooded the place with my sweat

About a month ago I hated exercise, now I'm physically excited to go to the gym - its amazing what 30 seconds of courage can do.

I will sing the praises of exercising until I reach my grave, even though I've only been at this for like 4 week Max. If you can afford it and haven't already done so - GO TO A GYM
