ThinkPad X220 Sakura is now dead.

I was playing a... game... And it just randomly shut off. Reseating RAM does not work. Unplugging battery does not work. So-called power button tricks do not work.

You'd think a business-class computer that cost $2500 at retail wouldn't just randomly die on me.

I disassembled her down to the motherboard, no physical damage as far as I could see, without taking off the motherboard mylar(?) film.

I've never been this lost my entire life. I'm so lost. I don't know what to do. Without her, I'm worthless, and there's nothing for me to do.

I can only resort to begging mom for $400 to add to my $350 so I can buy an X230t off this guy from Gumtree. And I really don't want to do that. I want Sakura back.

I want her back.
