If I could
If I could be anywhere else, I would travel into my thoughts.
I would go all over that which does not exist, rather does exist yet only in the vast fantasy that is my imagination. I could go where no one’s been, possibly I would travel throughout the universe and back and grow to be the best voyager throughout the stars.
Or go to some unexplored isle and discover some new species of creature that only I could know. Instead I could be riding throughout the dark on the whim of a thought.
I could be that which only is thought of in my mind or written down on paper. Maybe I would be some master detective, viewing all that is blind to the untrained. Or I could be a great captain of the sea. My crew would be my ever so loyal thoughts.
Some may call this crazy or say that I’m flat out insane, but that’s only because they lack the inspiration to explore throughout that which is in their brain. Perhaps I would be torn between fiction and reality. While others who lack creativity or left in their dullness.
Yes if I could be anywhere else, I’d leave this all behind. If I could be anywhere else I’d reside within my mind…
