Help?

Okay, so I'm getting around just fine in case you were concerned about that, but I have a problem. I can't access the rules to the site or the staff page. When I click to access it, it only shows the header banner, the sidebar, and nothing else. Everything that is featured on the page isn't present.

Let me answer some questions before any of you repeat them.

What browser do you use?
Google Chrome.

Maybe it's your anti-virus working?
I doubt it.

Have you tried refreshing?
I wouldn't be typing this if that fixed it. Yes.

Alright, I think that covers most of it. If I missed anything, I'll still gladly answer it in the comments. If you have any other questions for me that don't involve this, you can ask them too.

Happystool, when I tried to view the Uploading Rules, I saw the same thing [just the header banner and the sidebar]. I don't think it's just you, I think it's like that for everyone. c:
