^ Actually someone on MLK sent me the file. I was literally just like "Gee, that's some nice art" and they were like "Thanks, I use SAI" and then I was like "Cool, always wanted to try it" and then they were just like "LOL I can give you the file".

^ It's a program that runs in the background and stabilizes your tablet pen lines in many art programs, and has full Photoshop integration. I just discovered it today and it really helped me out, but I only have the trial version.
