Questionable theft from MLK.com

Has nothing but slapped together and edited MLK screenshots of The Lion King and other Disney movies and I was wondering about the site's owner's reaction towards this. Is this considered a heinous act against this wonderful website's copyright or does this child just get a slap on the wrist and sent along the way?

Screen stills are considered apart of the website's copyright since indeed many of them hold the copyright logo "The Lion King ?? Disney 1994 / My Lion King" on the lower right hand corner of the images which can clearly be seen in some of 95JEH's uplifted images. Where he gets his other images from is out in the hanger for the moment unless someone knows.

I just need answers :U
