Maybe he's traveling back home right now and that's why he hasn't replied. Yeah, that could be it. I still hope I get a reply, though.

I don't know why I'm still expecting a reply from him sometime soon. I have a feeling he's traveling back home right now, and it's a five hour drive for him, so he probably won't be back home for at least another hour and a half, if not more (depending on how long he stayed and when he left).
